We own Alaskan Malamutes. This wonderful breed of dog is a fascinating creature to live with, but be prepared to learn how to be the alpha in your pack of humans and animals. The one thing you can be guaranteed of with this breed, is that if they perceive a vacancy at the top of the pack, they will fill it.

So if you aren't in charge of the pack, one of them will be. And this is true whether you have one malamute or multiples.
